An exciting senior sales position has arisen with a leading Digital Education company in London, seeking to recruit a highly motivated and proven sales leader that will own the sales strategy and execution for all the digital educational products across the EMEA institutional markets. As a key member of the senior leadership team the Head of Sales or Sales Director is responsible for setting and executing the sales strategy that will promote sales growth and contribute to overall customer satisfaction across EMEA. Responsibilities will include:

  • Sales Strategy: plan, develop, implement, and manage sales and strategic business plans to drive revenue and increase market share across EMEA.
  • Sales Execution: develop and manage sales teams to execute sales initiatives, achieve goals, and deliver profitable growth; manage and maintain key customer relationships.
  • Business Development: monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide key market and sales insights to global product teams; and lead and assist with complex sales presentations, proposals and negotiations.

The Head of Sales or Sales Director will be an open and decisive leader with experience of managing overall sales strategies and a record of success when managing a sales team in a rapidly growing market, ideally in the schools / K12 sector, or education technology (EdTech). Sales experience in both core and supplementary curriculum material is key, as well as an understanding and enthusiasm for the future of digital content in the curriculum market, with an ability to create new sales opportunities and expanded revenue streams. It will also be important that the Head of Sales or Sales Director is adept at building partnership opportunities, and developing sales infrastructure and processes, whilst also have strong consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners across EMEA.
