A pivotal role reporting into the Head of HR for EMEA and Latin America, this role will focus on rolling out the Graduate Programme across EMEA and Latin America.

You will be responsible for the whole cycle from talent attraction, external brand management, setting up and running assessment centres and recruitment, all the way through to supporting the employees on the 2 year fast track Management Programme.

Description

Identify top learning and capability building priorities, developing tools to collaborate across teams and functional areas

Deliver & facilitate business leadership development programs in alignment with the business needs

Provide direction and support to human resources business partners for building leadership and management capability within the business units / functions.

Build and manage vendor relationships for programs including material, invoices and related contractual commitments.

Facilitate and lead training sessions as needed

Manage the GOLD program, by identifying rotation opportunities, candidate selection, job rotation management, and overall employee experience lifecycle for GOLD associates, in partnership with country HR and business leaders

Contribute to the development and alignment of learning related strategies in partnership with global director learning and development, specifically focused on building digital acuity

Source, design and evaluate various training programs

Develop metrics and evaluation methods to measure learning effectiveness

Design and deliver initiatives that constantly reinforces the culture of growth and learning

Profile

5-8 years of experience in learning & development, with good knowledge of the learning principles

Experience as a leader in large global multinational company preferred

Experience managing early career and/or leadership development programs a plus

Experience in instructional design

Strong communication (written and verbal), consulting, stakeholder management, relationship management and influencing skills at all levels in an organization

Ability to think and work cross-functionally

Strong command of digital technology, experience in creating and leading digital learning and development programs

Understanding of or experience working in a manufacturing environment a plus

Coaching certification a plus, but not required
