
Become an HR Recruitment Consultant in the global EMEA team!
In your role, you will join a diverse team of 14 colleagues, located in Prague and Bratislava. You will closely work with other local and global HR teams such as Talent Acquisition, Organizational Management, Data Management, Global Recruiting Operations, Total Rewards, Local HR & HRBP/D and Global Mobility.
Job description:
•understand the end to end hiring cycle on a detailed process level
•build strong relationships with the Hiring Managers to determine hiring needs and support them closely during the hiring process
•manage phases of the recruiting process such as CV screening, interviews, selecting candidates, handling of the offer process
•active position promotion and candidate searching, e.g. LinkedIn
•communicate with the candidates during the selection process to ensure positive candidate experience
•work closely and coordinating other HR teams in regards of the hiring process
•talent market overview
•participate in country or regional HR projects
Who we are looking for:
•minimum of 2 years working experience as corporate recruiter preferably in an international environment.
•fluent in English
•effective communication skills
•professional customer oriented attitude
•ability to work on multiple tasks following specific deadlines
•strong organizational skills
•attention to details, quality focus
•working experience with MS Office
•university degree
